This Month’s News
Happy Spring Berry Patch Families!
Isn’t it wonderful to see the snow melting, the ice on the lakes thawing and the slightest green starting to appear in our lawns? Such a beautiful time of year where we are reminded of nature’s delicate balance and the distinct differences of the seasons we experience in Minnesota. Such a gift to witness the beauty and ingenuity of God’s creation. I hope you are enjoying it all as your families are able to spend more time outside.
April seems to have vanished before our eyes! Perhaps that is due to all of the fabulous things that have been happening at The Berry Patch over the past month. Students had a delightful time learning about our farm theme, and we loved seeing the imagination that went into the many projects, activities and experiences presented. Colonial students had a fabulous time visiting Gale Woods Farm and seeing all of the baby lambs, pigs, chicks, and Maple, the cow, born this spring. We had some wonderful Afternoon Adventures with KidCreate Studio and Mini Pretzels Yoga, and children did a great job showing their “pearly whites” when our spring photographs were taken! A huge thank you to all who attended their student’s parent-teacher conference as well. We truly appreciate your participation and value the time sharing the wonderful progress your child has demonstrated this semester.
