The Berry Patch - March Upcoming Events

March's Theme is Ocean. The children will learn about animal life in the sea and the fun activities you can enjoy when going to the beach.

March's Virtue is Caring.  The children will learn the importance of caring for one another through times of sharing and special books that teach behaviors that show the virtue of caring for others.

March Field Trip - Underwater World at the Mall of America has a program that travels to schools to share about the animals that live under the sea. This will be a wonderful, interactive activity that all the children will enjoy...even the huckleberries will join in on the fun. 

March Afternoon Adventure - Wonder Weavers – Storytellers will be joining us in March to share Stories in a fun, creative and interactive way. The program is called Books Alive, Stories Alive. Reading and stories go hand in hand. In this lively program your favorite stories and books come alive with our unique blend of storytelling. Using audience participation, puppets, props and magic, this program promotes literacy and reinforces the importance of reading for people of all ages. You child is welcome to attend Wednesday or Thursday or both days if they like, even though the program title is the same each day the stories and activities will be different.
